General Summary
Robert McCabe Company, Inc., DBA McCabe Lumber located in Loveland, OH a leader in the Building Material and Lumber Industry is looking for a Full Time Truss Designer. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Mitek Software. A Truss Designer performs design and layout for residential and light commercial roof and floor trusses.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Produces roof and floor truss placement plans and truss designs interpreted from customer supplied blueprints
- Communicate with customers, sales staff, and architects as needed for technical aspects of plans
- Other duties as required
- Attend and participate is all company sponsored training programs as required
- Plan and pace your work efficiency in order to meet weekly goals
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of drafting, architectural design, or CAD application
- Willingness to learn and great attitude
- Truss design experience preferred
- Must be organized and detail oriented with a strong-will to meet deadline and project goals
- This position requires no supervisory responsibilities
